Amy & Ben
Ben and Amy got married on a sunny June day in Sussex.
Amy came to me with her colour scheme of grey and yellow and it was pretty evident that she favoured a classic non-fussy style with the adage “less is more” running through her ideas.
Amy’s stylish wedding dress with its pure and very clean lines complimented her single colour choice for her bouquet so I let the flowers speak for themselves and created Amy’s bouquet using yellow gerberas with a dark centre to give depth, yellow roses and craspedia. Amy chose a single yellow rose for her hair.
For her six adult bridesmaids Amy wanted a cream bracelet so I used a pearl bracelet as a base and wired and glued a cream germini to it for each of them. For the six buttonholes I used craspedia and silver dust senecio.
Amy and Ben had their reception at a Sussex barn and this light, peaceful and serene venue really reflected them as a couple, and complimented their very classic, understated style.
